Swami Chidatmananda

Swami Chidatmananda is a spiritual teacher whose core teaching emphasizes the oneness (non-duality) of all beings. He has inspired many people with his chapter on “Devotional Love” in our book, The Power of Love, and his video talk of the same topic.  Swamiji travels across the globe delivering lectures that are profound yet simple enough for a novice. Swamiji’s humility and pleasant demeanor make him very approachable to people from all walks of life who seek relief, whether from ordinary issues or the deeply held misperceptions that cause immense stress and suffering. His creative and scientific presentations unearth the ancient philosophies of India for modern and rational minds, thereby transforming them for the better. An element of humor is seen in his style that smooths and simplifies the subject and has a healing effect on the audience. He gives regular discourses on spiritual topics and the scriptures of India for Indian television. Swamiji’s topics, such as “Art of Healing,” “Beyond Suffering,” “Learning through Relationships,” and “The Greatness of Mind” address humanity’s core problems. His spiritual sessions for political leaders on “Achieving Success with Values” are acclaimed. He is the author of the popular Telugu book Learning through Relationships and The Greatness of the Mind in English. He offers his e-book, The Essential Values of Mahatma Gandhi, as a download (no charge) for anyone who is interested.  His lectures and guided meditations are available through the Chinmaya Mission.

This You Tube Playlist has many of his Guided Meditations.  Swamiji says about the Playlist: “The meditations were taught by God Parameshwara to Goddess Parvathi, and their Blessings are embedded in them.” There are 3 relaxation techniques (1) Sahaja Pranayama, (2) Sulabha Dharana, (3) Sukhna Shayana Dhyaanam, which are repeated on the playlist, and then followed by 12 different Guided Meditation techniques.”
