Retreat Registration

Instructions:

Please fill out this Registration page only after you have completed the “Expression of Interest” form and received a message from us confirming there is an available spot for you.

Next step:  Your 50% deposit guarantees your spot in the Retreat.  Select the payment option below that matches your lodging preference.  (Do not select “triple room” unless you are among the 3 people already confirmed for that room.)

Scholarship participants: If you received a message from us about your scholarship, then use the payment tab “Other” and enter the amount specified in that message.

Note: If you wish to pay for the registration of another participant, either anonymously, or as a special gift (birthday, anniversary, gratitude, etc.), you may use the tab “Paying for someone else.”

Direct payments: Instead of credit card or Paypal, you may send your check or money order to:  Institute for Contemplative Life, P.O. Box 1435, Redlands, CA 92373.  We also use Zelle, in which you case you may send your payment to “info@innerpathway.com” (Institute for Contemplative Life).  Please let us know if you plan to send check or Zelle, so that we can be on alert and confirm receipt of payment.  

Donations: Some of you asked how to donate toward the scholarship fund for the Retreat. You may go to our Donation page and select “Support a Specific Project” and write in “Retreat.”

Payment Schedule:

By December 8, 2023: Deposit of 50% guarantees your spot in the Retreat and your lodging preference.

By March 29, 2024: Full payment of remaining 50% is due.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your reservation, a refund of your deposit is available (less a $60 processing fee) up to March 15, 2024, or after that date IF we are able to fill your spot with another attendee. A refund is not available if you leave the retreat early for any reason.

We reserve the right to cancel the Retreat due to circumstances that may compromise the event or safety of participants. If we cancel the Retreat, you will be offered a full refund.
